Fees
There is a cost of $50 to participate in Club DJ.
This money will help to cover the cost of the workbook, supplies and year end prizes.
The money can be paid in person to Karen or at registration, or by e-transfer to lpoffering@gmail.com. Please make a note that the e-transfer is for Club DJ.
Waiver Form
Please sign a waiver form for each child if you have not yet since September 2025.
