Welcome to Sunday School!

We are delighted that you are bringing your children are attending Sunday School this year. We meet from 9-9:45 am on Sundays from September to June. For now all students will meet in the basement and should be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.

If we have enough students we will have a separate Questers (grades 4, 5, 6) that would meet upstairs after the church is repaired.

Please fill out the forms below. The first section is for parents/guardians and the second section is submitting information about your child(ren). You can add more children by clicking the 'add another participant'.

Please read and acknowledge the following by typing your name: I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered child and I understand that my child must be signed in and out from Sunday School at the beginning and end of each morning before he/she will be dismissed. The people I have listed below, in addition to myself, are authorized to sign in/out my child(ren).

I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered child and hereby give my permission for my child to receive appropriate First Aid from qualified staff or volunteers of Riverbend Lutheran Church. In the event of accident or injury requiring emergency care and I can not be reached, I authorize volunteers or staff of Riverbend Lutheran Church to transport my child by ambulance to the University Hospital.
