All volunteers must be available from Monday June 20th to Thursday June 23rd from 8:30am to 12:30pm. On Friday June 24th volunteers must be available from 8:30am to 1:30pm, to help take down all materials and clean-up the campus.
There is a mandatory volunteer training that all volunteers must attend. All crew leaders will need to attend training on June 13th, noon-2pm. All station leaders will need to schedule a training and set-up time during the week of June 13th.
Volunteers may note their preference of volunteer position on their application, however nothing can be guaranteed.
