REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING FOR ALL VBS VOLUNTEERS (ages 18 and over) AT ST. JOSEPH:
Adult Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement (18 and over)
If you have already undergone this process at another church or school within the Diocese of Charleston, please provide us with the name of the institution, and we will coordinate directly with them to obtain your documentation. If you don’t have access to a computer or would like assistance in completing the online training, please let me know and I can make arrangements for you to complete the training here at the office.
This information must be completed by NOON on Monday, June 24th.
1 - Please provide JAMIE VICKREY at jamie@stjosephcolumbia.org with your legal name. You will receive a link from the Diocese of Charleston to complete an online background screening process. They will notify JAMIE when the screening process is completed and you are approved.
2 - Online Safe Haven Training (“Safe Haven – It’s Up to You”): Here is the link to take the training titled “Safe Haven – It’s Up to You” (should take about an hour or so) and once completed, you can download a copy of your completed certificate and email back to JAMIE VICKREY at jamie@stjosephcolumbia.org.

3 - Acknowledgement of Receipt and Agreement to Comply (this is the last page of the Code of Conduct – full document linked below) Please complete and sign and email back to JAMIE VICKREY at jamie@stjosephcolumbia.org.
